ThaiSecret Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to the ThaiSecret: Thai Dating app, published on Google Play by Tiscmedias, and to the ThaiSecret website www.thaisecret.com. ThaiSecret is operated by TISC MEDIAS, 10 parc Club du Millénaire, 1025 Rue Henri Becquerel 34000 Montpellier, France.

ThaiSecret is a dating service reserved for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards explain what is prohibited, how we prevent it, how to report it and how we act.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

ThaiSecret strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This prohibition covers the app, the website and every feature of the service, including profiles, photos, albums, videos, statuses, private messages and calls. It applies to every member, in every country, without exception. Any violation leads to the immediate and permanent removal of the account and to a report to the authorities.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

On ThaiSecret, it is strictly forbidden to:

3. A service for adults only

ThaiSecret is only open to people aged 18 and over. Every member must give their date of birth when signing up, and sign-up is refused to minors. Any account whose holder is found or seriously suspected to be a minor is closed immediately. Parents and legal guardians can use the parental control tools of their devices and internet providers to keep children away from dating services.

4. Prevention and moderation

We combine automated tools and human moderation to keep minors and illegal content away from ThaiSecret:

5. How to report a concern

Anyone can report a profile, a photo, a message or any behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

Reports that concern a minor are handled first. Never download, keep or forward illegal content, even to report it: tell us where it is instead (member name, photo, message, date).

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police right away: 191 in Thailand, 112 in the European Union, 911 in the United States. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the authorities, for example to the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (TICAC) of the Royal Thai Police, to the PHAROS platform in France (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) or to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC, report.cybertip.org). In Thailand, Childline Thailand helps children and families on 1387, and in France, 119 (Allô Enfance en Danger) does the same.

6. How we act on CSAE and CSAM

As soon as we learn of content or behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, through a report, our moderation or the authorities:

7. Compliance with child safety laws

ThaiSecret complies with all the child safety laws that apply to it, in particular:

These standards complete our Terms of use, whose article 7 bis describes how to report illegal content, and our Privacy policy.

8. Child safety point of contact

Our child safety point of contact answers questions about these standards and about how ThaiSecret prevents and handles child sexual abuse material. Authorities and child protection organisations can reach them at the same address:
