These Child Safety Standards apply to the ThaiSecret: Thai Dating app, published on Google Play by Tiscmedias, and to the ThaiSecret website www.thaisecret.com. ThaiSecret is operated by TISC MEDIAS, 10 parc Club du Millénaire, 1025 Rue Henri Becquerel 34000 Montpellier, France.
ThaiSecret is a dating service reserved for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards explain what is prohibited, how we prevent it, how to report it and how we act.
1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
ThaiSecret strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This prohibition covers the app, the website and every feature of the service, including profiles, photos, albums, videos, statuses, private messages and calls. It applies to every member, in every country, without exception. Any violation leads to the immediate and permanent removal of the account and to a report to the authorities.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
On ThaiSecret, it is strictly forbidden to:
publish, send, request, store or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or links to it, meaning any image, video, drawing, text or other content that shows or describes a minor in a sexual way, including content created or altered with artificial intelligence
sexualise a minor in any way, in a profile, a photo, a status or a message
contact a minor, or try to, for sexual purposes, gain a child's trust in order to abuse them (grooming), or use the service to arrange a meeting with a minor
threaten or blackmail anyone with sexual images of a minor (sextortion)
take part in, promote or facilitate the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children, including child sex tourism
offer, request or arrange any sexual service involving a minor
create an account for a minor, or use ThaiSecret while under 18
3. A service for adults only
ThaiSecret is only open to people aged 18 and over. Every member must give their date of birth when signing up, and sign-up is refused to minors. Any account whose holder is found or seriously suspected to be a minor is closed immediately. Parents and legal guardians can use the parental control tools of their devices and internet providers to keep children away from dating services.
4. Prevention and moderation
We combine automated tools and human moderation to keep minors and illegal content away from ThaiSecret:
photos and videos added to profiles, albums and conversations are checked by automated moderation tools, and content in which a person appears to be under 18 is refused or sent to our moderators
profile texts, statuses and messages are checked for terms related to the sexual abuse of children
our moderators review reported profiles and content, and actively look for accounts that break these standards
we take measures to stop banned members from coming back with a new account
5. How to report a concern
Anyone can report a profile, a photo, a message or any behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:
In the ThaiSecret: Thai Dating app, open the menu of a member's profile and tap Report. A photo can be reported with Report this photo, and a received message by pressing and holding it, then Report this message. Choose a reason and describe the problem in the comment.
In the app, the Contact us form also reaches our team directly.
On the website, open the member's profile and choose Block and report abuse, or write to us with our contact form.
Reports that concern a minor are handled first. Never download, keep or forward illegal content, even to report it: tell us where it is instead (member name, photo, message, date).
If a child is in immediate danger, call the police right away: 191 in Thailand, 112 in the European Union, 911 in the United States. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the authorities, for example to the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (TICAC) of the Royal Thai Police, to the PHAROS platform in France (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) or to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC, report.cybertip.org). In Thailand, Childline Thailand helps children and families on 1387, and in France, 119 (Allô Enfance en Danger) does the same.
6. How we act on CSAE and CSAM
As soon as we learn of content or behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, through a report, our moderation or the authorities:
the content is removed or made inaccessible without delay
the accounts involved are closed and permanently banned from ThaiSecret
the data needed by investigators is preserved, as the law requires
child sexual abuse material and attempts to exploit a child are reported to the competent authorities: PHAROS in France, where TISC MEDIAS is based, and the authorities of the country concerned, such as the Royal Thai Police (TICAC) in Thailand, or NCMEC
we cooperate with law enforcement and answer their lawful requests
7. Compliance with child safety laws
ThaiSecret complies with all the child safety laws that apply to it, in particular:
French law, including articles 227-22 to 227-24 of the French Penal Code (corruption of minors, sexual solicitation of minors online, child sexual abuse material) and the law for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN)
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act)
Thai law, including sections 287/1 and 287/2 of the Thai Criminal Code on child pornography
the laws of the other countries where the service is used
These standards complete our Terms of use, whose article 7 bis describes how to report illegal content, and our Privacy policy.
8. Child safety point of contact
Our child safety point of contact answers questions about these standards and about how ThaiSecret prevents and handles child sexual abuse material. Authorities and child protection organisations can reach them at the same address:

Messages that concern a minor are answered first. We review these standards regularly and update them when our service or the law changes.
